Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. winplus1 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winplus1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. winplus1 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify winplus1 support immediately via live chat.
winplus1 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits above specified thresholds. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. winplus1 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
winplus1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). winplus1 does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your winplus1 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account balance. winplus1 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which winplus1 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests to GCash are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. winplus1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have completed KYC verification; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn; (c) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited; and (d) winplus1 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ₱50,000.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winplus1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
winplus1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winplus1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winplus1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
winplus1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent winplus1 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
winplus1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winplus1 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
